I recently attended a beautiful wedding ceremony. All guests were seated and eagerly awaiting the arrival of the wedding party.

The celebrant then announced there was a “small complication” and asked “can anyone here tie a traditional bow tie?” The groom had underestimated the complexity of such a task.

My wife, without my consent, raised her hand above my head and pointed her index finger straight down👇🏼 on top of my bald dome 😬

People around the world have been goal setting for an eternity. If you look at the greatest achievements of mankind, few of them happened by accident. They were all carried out twice, first in the format of a goal / dream and second in reality.

After working with the leadership teams earlier in the year, this half day workshop was designed to get the wider organisation “on the same page”. The purpose was focused around developing and strengthening growth mindsets within the team for both work and in life.

This 80 min workshop was on FIRE! 50 teachers in the room and it was first period which meant the attention/engagement was at 100%

This training afternoon slotted into a wider (3 day) professional development initiative designed to resource the legends who are responsible for managing and motivating the front line regional sales teams.

This 1 hour session was designed to act as a meaningful/fun way to split up the training day. The challenges required teamwork and commitment to complete them successfully…

Participants also had the opportunity to take their own meaning away and apply it in any area they wish to increase their results and take more leadership in their lives!

We focused on team performance strategies for increased success and drilled into what type of team culture would be most effective this season…

This full day (Whakatane based) workshop was focused on increasing business performance and enhancing staff culture.
